The editorial board of the Journal of Eastern European Law adheres to the standards established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Editor and Publisher Responsibilities
Publication decisions are based on the validity of data and the scientific significance of the work.
Manuscripts are evaluated regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or political views.
Unpublished materials remain confidential and are not used without the author’s consent.
Plagiarism is not tolerated.
Complaints are addressed and resolved appropriately.

Manuscripts are treated as confidential.
Reviews must be objective and constructive. Personal criticism is unacceptable.
Unpublished data must not be used for personal purposes.
Reviewers must decline in case of conflict of interest.
Author Responsibilities
Authors must provide accurate data.
Plagiarism and falsification are unacceptable.
Work must be original with proper citations.
Simultaneous submission is prohibited.
All contributors must be listed as co-authors.
Errors must be reported immediately.
Plagiarism leads to rejection or retraction.
Citation manipulation is discouraged.
